1. Returns

  • Eligibility: You may return a product within 7 days of receiving it, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags and accessories. Any item that is damaged, altered, or not in its original condition may not be eligible for a return.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain products are non-returnable due to hygiene or safety reasons, such as opened blender accessories or items marked as “final sale.”

2. Refunds

  • Refund Eligibility: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items not in their original condition, missing parts, or damaged items not due to our error).
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, and we will assist you with the exchange process.

4. Cancellations

  • Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled, but you may initiate a return once you receive the item.
  • Refund for Cancellations: If you cancel an order, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank’s policies.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please reach out to us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund as soon as possible. Photos or videos of the damage may be requested to assess the issue.
